ANNA NEAGOE, 1885-1986

Anna Neagoe, an artist and author, died in Sarasota, Fla., on Aug. 19.

She was 101 years old.

Mrs. Neagoe, who studied art at Cooper Union in New York and later in Paris in the 1920’s, was author of ”The Icon Maker” and ”Passport.” She was the wife of the late Peter Neagoe, a novelist. Mrs. Negoe is survived by several nieces and nephews.
